Return Period:

  • You have a period of 30 days from the delivery date to request the return of your product.

Return Conditions:

  • The product must be in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required to process the return.
  • Returns of products damaged by the customer will not be accepted.

Return Process:

  2. Provide your order information and reason for return.
  3. Our team will provide you with the instructions and shipping label to return the product safely.
  4. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
  5. Once we receive the returned product, we will carry out an inspection to verify its condition.
  6. If the return conditions are met, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days.

Refunds:

  • The refund will be made through the same payment method used for the purchase.
  • Original shipping costs are not refundable, unless the reason for the return is an error on our part.
